Overnight Lobster guarantees that our customers will receive fresh seafood with every order that they place. We use high quality ice packs, to ensure the seafood stays cold and fresh during its travels. If the seafood has gone bad or has a bad odor when opening the packaging for some reason, we will ship new seafood or refund the order.
Please send us a video or images of the seafood within 6 hours of receiving it to [email protected]. Unfortunately if we do receive the request within 6 hours of delivery, then we may not be able to issue a full refund.
